Having honed his craft across three continents, founder and managing director, Robert Hall, has more than two decades of recruitment experience.

Over the years, he has developed a broad network of contacts based on a sterling reputation for unerringly accurate and intuitive career matchmaking.

Originally cutting his teeth in hospitality recruitment in South Africa and the US, Hall branched out into broader recruitment with a strong focus on accounting.

Among numerous other accomplishments, Rob enjoyed particular success with the accounting industry’s Big Four as well as Tier 2 Accounting firms. A notable highlight of his achievements during this time was the establishment of a long-term partnership with the Audit team at Deloitte’s which endured for several years.

More recently in the UK, he spent four years specialising in the creative and digital fields which have remained a key focus at Wighthall Collective along with an ever-growing expansion and return to executive and mid-level placements in a broader variety of sectors.
