We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join and support an exciting, cutting-edge tech organisation, in the pharma industry, based in East London. Their mission is to simplify pharmacy by using technology to make it easier for patients to get and take their medicine. The role will involve working with all areas of the business to identify, analyse and address optimisation opportunities. From turning cohort’s analysis into marketing campaign targeting to finding and pre-empting the next operation bottle-neck, this is an exciting opportunity to have an impact on all areas of the business!

What you’ll be doing: 

• Perform deep-dive analysis aimed at driving key business decisions.
• Maintain and develop their data model.
• Develop and implement Business and Team KPIs.
• Identify and act on optimisation opportunities using data, such as hypothesis testing or forecasting.
• Evangelise data-driven decision making across the organisation.

What they need:

• A degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science or a similar technical field of study.
• At least 5 years of experience in a data analyst or data science role.
• You have tons of experience with SQL and at least one other language (Python, R etc).
• You know how to get the most from BI tools (we use Looker).
• You have the ability to make clear decisions based on data.
• You’re ready and willing to work in a start-up environment with lots of people of different views, experience and backgrounds.
