Creative Development Lead

As a Creative Development Lead you are part of the DCO (Dynamic Creative Optimization) team where you deliver a crucial contribution to setting-up the best-in-class DCO campaigns together with your clients. Our client is a young, ambitious and fast growing organization where flexibility, commitment and quality are highly valued. They are here to globally change digital advertising into personal storytelling.
So what does it mean to work as a Creative Development Lead in our client’s team?
They are working with the A-brands in the world like Ford, Uber, Pfizer, Mars, etc. They recieve briefs from clients all over the world, daily.
DCO is a craft where you really need to understand the brand, but also the wishes of the consumer. As a team lead you lead a team of creative developers and you help them with their personal and substantive development.
You manage the team, guarantee planning and stimulate innovation from within the team. You do this as a “cooperating foreman”; you work alongside the other developers and you take responsibility for development work for one or a number of our customers.
GSAP and jQuery have no secrets for you, but you also know how to come up with your own ‘hacks’ to blow the client’s customers away. They have a dedicated agile mindset: the digital advertising market is dynamic and fast-growing; it is not easy to plan too far ahead. They work with sprints of one week.

- Have recurring development/coaching sessions with the creative developers

- Raise the bar on creative coding

Skills set required:
You are a front-end developer with at least 5 years of experience
You can work accurately, but also know how to bend rules when necessary
You have good people skills, experience in managing a team is a big plus
Fluent English in speaking and writing
Preferable: knowledge of DCO (not mandatory)
