We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager to join an exciting new start-up casino based in London, focusing on the European and North American market. You will be an integral part of the team making this the most successful casino yet!
What you’ll be doing:
- Building their affiliate site.
- Creating strategy for developing multi-market affiliate program.
- Developing new affiliate accounts and ensuring that all tracking is in place and working correctly to enable full optimisation of accounts.
- Responsible for and targeted on performance of affiliates.
- Connect with key affiliate partners daily
- Implement strategies to increase quality and yield from affiliates.
- Participate in industry events and keep updated on industry trends.
- Identify and cultivate top affiliates and develop incentive programs.
- Proven track record of successfully handling key accounts.
- Problem solving and analytical skills.
- Report to the Head of Marketing on a weekly basis.
What they need:
- Minimum 2-3 years account management experience within the iGaming industry.
- Experience with multiple markets is an advantage.
- Proven track record of successfully handling key accounts.
- Problem solving and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of affiliation systems.
- Possesses strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Able to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
- Has drive and ambition to build something from ground up and really make a difference.
